Cabot Circus, Bristol

On 25 September 2008, we successfully opened our Cabot Circus shopping centre in Bristol, which we developed in partnership with Hammerson. It has been an outstanding success, confounding commentators’ pessimism about the challenges of opening a scheme in 2008. 70% of the retailers are new to Bristol and we delivered over one million shoppers past their doors in the first 10 days.
